  • Replacement 3 Months Standard + 9 Months Conditional warranty. It is necessary to get warranty activated within 7 days of placing the order by . No Warranty claims shall be entertained if customer does not get warranty activated within 7 days for whatsoever reason. Non-functional state of Earphone caused due to Manufacturing defects only ; Product should be in proper condition with no rough, or wear & tear signs of usage. If Earphone is in poor state, Claims may be rejected.
Not Covered in Warranty
  • Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Exposure to Moisture are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn’t Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation.
